Our Day at the Wildlife Preserve
I visit Florida once a month to see my family. I try to make time to spend with the kids. either doing arts and crafts or baking. We went with my nephews ten year old daughter Leora to the wildlife preserve. I felt like I was walking around the Amazon! We saw a lot of birds and butterflies. We saw a baby alligator.
Leora said she felt very peaceful there. The things kids say huh? “Leora” means light of life. We were surrounded by Spanish moss everywhere, it grew from the trees, it was very interesting to see it in its natural setting as i use it frequently in my flower arrangements. I Promised her next time when I come to visit we will go to butterfly world.
